AFFILIATE TERMS.

ELIGIBILITY & APPROVAL

Participation in the HachiVendor Affiliate Program is subject to approval by HachiVendor. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applicants must provide accurate account and application information. HachiVendor may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the program, customers, or HachiVendor.

Affiliate status remains active until suspended, deactivated, or terminated by HachiVendor.

AFFILIATE CODES

Approved affiliates receive a unique HachiVendor affiliate coupon code.

Unless otherwise stated, an affiliate code provides the customer with a $10 discount on an eligible order.

Affiliate codes may be used by legitimate customers more than once. Affiliate codes may not be transferred, sold, manipulated, or used in a manner intended to artificially generate affiliate earnings.

Only one HachiVendor affiliate code may be credited to an order.

AFFILIATE EARNINGS

Affiliates earn $20 for each $400 in cumulative qualifying merchandise sales attributed to their affiliate code.

Qualifying sales accumulate across eligible referred orders. Each time the cumulative qualifying total reaches another $400 threshold, $20 in affiliate earnings is generated.

Shipping charges, taxes, cancelled items, refunded amounts, disputed transactions, fraudulent orders, and other non-qualifying amounts do not count toward qualifying sales.

Any qualifying sales above a completed $400 threshold remain toward the next $400 threshold unless later adjusted under these Terms.

COMMISSION PROCESSING

Affiliate earnings are not immediately available for payout when an order is placed.

Affiliate earnings may move through statuses including Pending, Processing, Delivery Confirmed, 72 Hour Hold, and Available.

After HachiVendor confirms delivery of an eligible completed order, the associated affiliate earnings are generally held for approximately 72 hours before becoming available for payout.

HachiVendor may delay release of affiliate earnings while reviewing an order, payment, refund, dispute, suspected fraud, customer issue, or other activity requiring verification.

SELF-REFERRALS

Affiliates may not earn affiliate credit from their own purchases.

This includes using your own affiliate code on an order, attempting to place an order through another account for your own benefit, or otherwise structuring a transaction primarily for the purpose of generating affiliate credit from your own purchase.

Self-referral earnings may be rejected, reversed, withheld, or removed from the affiliate's balance.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & REVERSALS

Affiliate earnings are generated only from valid qualifying sales.

If an order is refunded, partially refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related qualifying sales credit and affiliate earnings may be reduced or reversed.

If related earnings have already become available, HachiVendor may deduct the corresponding amount from the affiliate's available balance.

If the affected earnings have already been paid to the affiliate, the affiliate account may carry a negative balance that may be offset against future earnings.

PAYOUT REQUIREMENTS

The minimum affiliate payout request is $20.

Payouts may only be requested in $20 increments. For example, an affiliate with $68 in available earnings may request $20, $40, or $60, with the remaining available earnings staying in the affiliate account.

Available payout methods currently include Zelle and Cash App.

Payout methods may be added, removed, or changed by HachiVendor in the future.

PAYOUT SCHEDULE

Approved affiliate payouts are generally sent on the 1st of each month.

Requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the last day of the preceding month for the upcoming 1st payout.

Requests submitted after the cutoff roll over to the following month's scheduled payout date.

A scheduled payout date is not a guarantee of payment on that exact date when additional review, account verification, payment-service availability, fraud review, or another legitimate issue requires additional time.

PAYOUT REVIEW

All payout requests are subject to review before payment.

HachiVendor may review referred orders, customer payment status, refunds, disputes, referral activity, affiliate activity, and payout destination information before approving a payout.

A payout request may be approved, placed on hold, denied, or otherwise delayed where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, self-referrals, fictitious orders, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, refunds, violations of these Terms, or other irregular activity.

PAYOUT INFORMATION

Affiliates are responsible for providing complete and accurate payout destination information.

The payout destination associated with a payout request may be recorded at the time the request is submitted. Changing payout settings afterward may not modify an already-submitted payout request.

Affiliates must verify their phone number, email address, username, Cashtag, or other payout information before submitting a payout request.

To the extent permitted by law, HachiVendor is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect payout information supplied or confirmed by the affiliate.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITY

Affiliates may not engage in fraud, misleading advertising, fake orders, unauthorized purchases, self-referrals, fabricated referrals, spam, deceptive practices, automated coupon abuse, manipulation of tracking systems, or any activity intended to improperly generate affiliate credit.

Affiliates may not impersonate HachiVendor, falsely represent themselves as employees or official representatives of HachiVendor, or create accounts, websites, advertisements, or social profiles that are likely to mislead customers regarding their relationship with HachiVendor.

MARKETING & REPRESENTATIONS

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their marketing complies with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, and disclosure requirements.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when required, including where required by Federal Trade Commission endorsement and advertising rules.

Affiliates may not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims regarding HachiVendor or any HachiVendor product.

BRAND & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Participation in the affiliate program does not transfer ownership of any HachiVendor trademark, logo, design, photograph, website content, product artwork, or other intellectual property.

Affiliates may use HachiVendor-approved promotional materials solely for legitimate promotion of the affiliate program and must stop using such materials if their participation ends or HachiVendor requests removal.

TAXES

Affiliates are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations associated with affiliate earnings.

HachiVendor may request tax information, identity verification, payment information, or other documentation when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for payment processing or program administration.

HachiVendor may withhold or delay payouts where legally required information has not been provided.

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

HachiVendor may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, misleading promotion, manipulation of the program, noncompliance with applicable law, or other conduct that creates material risk to HachiVendor, customers, or the affiliate program.

During a review or suspension, affiliate codes and payout requests may be temporarily disabled.

Legitimately earned affiliate earnings remain subject to refunds, disputes, reversals, fraud review, and all other provisions of these Terms.

PROGRAM CHANGES

HachiVendor may modify the affiliate program, including earning rates, customer discounts, payout methods, payout thresholds, schedules, eligibility requirements, or these Terms.

Material changes may be communicated through the affiliate dashboard, website, email, or an updated version of these Terms.

Continued participation after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP

Participation in the HachiVendor Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or similar relationship.

Affiliates act independently and are not authorized to enter into agreements, make commitments, or incur obligations on behalf of HachiVendor.

LIMITATION & PROGRAM AVAILABILITY

HachiVendor does not guarantee any particular amount of affiliate traffic, referrals, sales, affiliate earnings, or income.

The affiliate platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software errors, third-party services, security issues, or events outside HachiVendor's reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

ACCEPTANCE

By checking the Affiliate Terms acceptance box during application or otherwise participating in the HachiVendor Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
